Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction hosts and presents industry awards to individuals and companies who have in one way or another – though their professionalism; dedication to education; pursuit of excellence; development of equipment, tools or materials or other criteria – enhanced the industry. The “Good Neighbor” Award is presented annually to a paving or pavement maintenance company that demonstrates significant participation in the local community by providing pavement related services and / or financial support to charitable and non-profit organizations that benefit the community.

“I am pleased to accept this award. Reaching out the community is part of our culture. Our staff and teammates all agree it makes us feel good giving back. Our annual Founder’s Day project involves selecting an organization in need of pavement repair and the executive team getting the work done. This year’s Founder’s Day project involved infrared repair, sealcoating and striping at Visitation Catholic School in Chicago” states Alan Rose.

In addition to our Founder’s Day project, Rose Paving was able to donate time, materials, labor and equipment, or monetarily to help 21 different organizations in our community. Quarterly we prepare and serve dinner at Ronald McDonald House, we ‘Walk for Hope’ for the Cancer Support Center and we sponsor / host a Comedy Night that benefits Rush Epilepsy Foundation, just to name a few of the things we do.
