Bill Keller
President
Bill brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in operations, project management, and leadership.
Prior to joining Rose Paving in 2008, he worked for a national homebuilder where he managed the construction of both single-family and multi-family residential projects.
Since joining Rose Paving, Bill has held several key leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his tenure, he has played an integral role in driving operational excellence, managing large-scale projects, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Bill also holds multiple state contractor licenses. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Louisiana State University. Outside of work, he enjoys investing in real estate, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their three children.
