BJ Schlageter
President
B.J. Schlageter, President, has over 20 years of sales and management experience. At Rose Paving, he has worn many hats –from individual contributor roles to middle management and now executive leadership.
Today he oversees all Regional Divisions in the Western United States, Corporate Development (M&A) and Business Integrations.
B.J. earned both his undergraduate degree in Finance and his MBA from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. B.J. grew up in Toledo, Ohio with three siblings and 34 first cousins. Today, he lives in Littleton, CO with his wife and two kids where they enjoy everything Colorado has to offer.
