Blair Schober

Blair brings more than 20 years of experience in fleet management and safety leadership, overseeing programs that support operational efficiency, employee safety, and continuous improvement. In his role, he leads fleet and safety initiatives that help drive performance, reduce costs, and promote a strong culture of accountability across the organization.​

Throughout his career, Blair has built and scaled fleet and safety programs from the ground up, working with both public and private equity-backed companies. He is passionate about fostering robust safety cultures and leading teams with a zero-incident mindset.​

An award-winning fleet professional, Blair received a Fleet Safety Award from the NAFA Fleet Management Association in recognition of his leadership in fleet safety.​

Blair holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in technology from the University of the Pacific and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Professional Estimator.​
