Since joining Rose Paving in 2010, Casey Hoffhines has dedicated his career to driving excellence in the asphalt maintenance industry through strategic leadership and a relentless focus on growth. Currently serving as the Vice President of National Sales, he oversees the development and execution of national account strategies that deliver high-impact results for clients across the country.​
Casey brings a problem-solving mindset to every partnership. His professional philosophy is rooted in the belief that true success comes from helping people.
Casey resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife and 2children. Outside of the office, Casey enjoys staying active and giving back to the community. He can often be found on the golf course, coaching youth sports, or enjoying life on the lake with his family and friends.
