Dave Rivers
Senior Vice President, Shared Services
David Rivers, Sr. Vice President, brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Rose Paving in 2004, Dave worked building tennis courts and recruiting for construction trades across multiple states.
During his tenure at Rose Paving, Dave has held a variety of operational leadership roles, progressing from project management to Director and Vice President positions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Shared Services, he oversees alignment and strategic initiatives across several key departments, including IT, safety, fleet, insurance, procurement, capital expenditures (CapEx), and capital projects.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, watching hockey, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
