As Chief People Officer at Rose Paving, she partners with the executive leadership team to strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and the operating disciplines that support long-term growth. Prior to joining Rose, Emma held senior leadership roles at Impossible Foods, Heaven Hill Brands, and Stoli Group, where she led global people strategy and organizational transformation. She has also advised founders, CEOs, boards, and investors through periods of growth, leadership transition, and organizational change. Emma is known for combining strategic judgment with practical execution, helping leadership teams build stronger organizations while creating the foundation for long-term success.
