Jaron Srain has spent his entire career in the pavement industry —and much of it at Rose Paving. Since joining the company in 2007, he has worked his way through nearly every corner of the business, from operations and business development to sales leadership and executive management. That journey gave him a deep appreciation for the people who make this company run at every level — and the customers who trust us with their properties.
Today, as CEO, Jaron’s focus is straightforward: grow the company, develop the people within it, and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer. He believes those three things aren’t separate priorities — they’re the same priority. Under his leadership, Rose Paving has grown into one of the most recognized names in commercial pavement maintenance and construction in the country.
A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Jaron remains committed to his own growth as a leader and is an active member of a Vistage Chief Executive peer group.
Outside of work, he is most at home with his wife and three kids. You’ll also find him on a golf course, on the water fishing, or somewhere new in the world.
