Julie Pappas serves as Director of Marketing at Rose Paving, where she leads the company’s marketing and communications strategy to support business growth, brand development, and customer engagement across Rose Paving’s national footprint.​

With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, Julie has built a career helping organizations strengthen their brands, connect with customers, and drive strategic growth. Her experience spans multiple industries, bringing a broad perspective to developing impactful marketing programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and aligning marketing with sales and business objectives.​

Julie resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen and cooking for family and friends.
