Matt Slawson is an executive leader and strategic advisor with deep experience in operational leadership, acquisitions, and business transformation within the construction and infrastructure services sector. ​

At Rose Paving, Matt partners with leadership teams across the company to support operational performance, leadership development, and strategic growth initiatives. His work focuses on aligning field operations, financial performance, and long-term strategic objectives to help the organization scale effectively.  ​

Throughout his career, Matt has led initiatives involving market expansion, acquisition integration, operational process improvement, and leadership development. ​

Matt lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, investing in new ventures, and following Kansas City sports.
