Michael DiNatale

Michael DiNatale brings 20 years of legal experience to Rose Paving. He has served as either an outside attorney representing Rose Paving or as an in-house attorney guiding the company’s legal function since 2013. ​

As General Counsel, Michael oversees all legal, compliance, and governance matters. With extensive experience advising executive leadership and boards, Michael provides strategic counsel on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, litigation, risk management, and commercial operations. Michael is known for delivering practical, business‑focused legal solutions that support Rose Paving’s growth while safeguarding the organization’s interests.​

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School. Michael is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is an Authorized House Counsel in Florida. ​

Michael lives in Florida with his wife and children. When he is notworking, you will find him outside enjoying the Florida weather or supporting his children at their sporting events.
