Terry Smith

Terry Smith, President, has over 15 years of experience in operations, executive management, and leadership within the paving industry. Throughout his career, Terry has held various leadership roles focused on operational growth, strategic management, and building scalable systems that support long-term business success.​

Currently, Terry is responsible for helping lead the overall strategy and operational performance of Rose Paving, while directly overseeing the company’s infrastructure, compliance, technology, and Southeast United States operations. In this role, he focuses on strengthening operational systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the continued growth of Rose Paving’snational platform.​

Terry holds a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Ohio University. He is actively involved in community initiatives and has volunteered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.​

In his spare time, Terry enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and supporting their athletic activities.
