Tommy Murphy brings extensive experience in asphalt and concrete maintenance solutions to clients across the region. Over the course of his career at Rose Paving, Tommy has held multiple leadership positions. He began as an Account Manager, later played a key role in developing the Site Work Division, and ultimately advanced to Regional Vice President before assuming his current role. His leadership emphasizes accountability, safety, and innovative problem-solving—values that align directly with Rose Paving’s mission to deliver exceptional service and trusted expertise.

A results-driven executive, Tommy is passionate about building lasting client partnerships and fostering a culture of collaboration within his teams. His commitment to integrity and continuous improvement has helped solidify Rose Paving as a trusted partner for property managers and businesses nationwide.

Outside of work, Tommy and his wife, Deborah, enjoy supporting their four children in their many sports and activities.
