Rose Paving is a Repeat Winner among the 2011 Best Places to Work in Illinois

Rose Paving Co., a leader in national parking lot management, has been selected once again as one of the 2011 Best Places to Work in Illinois. This workplace analysis and competition is began in 2006 and is promoted by The Daily Herald Business Ledger in partnership with the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Illinois State Council, the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago, and managed by Best Companies Group.

best places work il 2011 rose paving best placesRose Paving’s placement was based on its ranking against the scores of Illinois companies’ responses to a survey of employers and employees covering workplace policies, practices, demographics, employee engagement, and satisfaction.  Areas examined include work-life balance, pay, benefits, training and advancement opportunities, perks, workplace culture, and community involvement. Twenty-four winners are selected from the medium-sized company category (15-249 employees) and sixteen winners are selected from the large-sized category (250+ employees).

Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony the evening of Thursday, May 19, 2011, at the Meadows Club, 2950 W. Golf Road, Rolling Meadows, IL.  A special publication profiling each company will be published June 27, 2011, by The Daily Herald Business Ledger, the primary source of local business news and information in suburban Chicago.
