We have been selected for the third time as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois. This workplace analysis and competition began in 2006 and is promoted by The Daily Herald Business Ledger in partnership with the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, and the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago, and is managed by Best Companies Group.

Rose Paving’s placement was based on its ranking against the scores of Illinois companies’ responses to a survey of employers and employees covering workplace policies, practices, demographics, employee engagement, and satisfaction. Areas examined include work-life balance, pay, benefits, training and advancement opportunities, perks, workplace culture, and community involvement. Thirty-one winners were selected from the small/medium-sized company category (15-249 U.S. employees) and nineteen winners were selected from the large-sized category (250+ U.S. employees).
The 50 winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony the evening of Thursday, May 17, 2012, at the Hyatt Lisle, 1400 Corporetum Drive, Lisle, IL. Final rankings will be announced at the event. A special publication profiling each company will be published June 25, 2012, by The Daily Herald Business Ledger, the primary source of local business news and information in suburban Chicago.
