Chicago, IL – Rose Paving is pleased to announce that it has earned a publicly procured, competitively solicited national cooperative contract award through Region 10 Education Service Center (Region 10), an Equalis Group Lead Agency. This award makes Rose Paving an approved supplier within Equalis Group’s cooperative purchasing network, expanding access to Rose Paving’s asphalt and concrete paving services for public sector entities nationwide.
The contract enables Equalis Group members – including federal and state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions – to procure Rose Paving’s comprehensive portfolio of asphalt and concrete paving solutions through a legally compliant, competitively awarded cooperative agreement. Available services include new pavement installation, resurfacing, maintenance and repair, concrete flatwork, pavement management solutions, and related materials and services designed to extend pavement life and maximize infrastructure investments.
“Being awarded this national cooperative contract through Equalis Group is an important milestone for Rose Paving,” said Brett Pankau, SVP of National Sales. “Public sector organizations face increasing pressure to maintain safe, durable infrastructure while managing budgets and timelines. This contract allows agencies across the country to access our proven paving expertise quickly and compliantly, without the burden of running their own solicitation process.”
Equalis Group delivers compliant, publicly procured cooperative agreements that public sector entities, including federal and state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions across the country can utilize to: i) quickly acquire the products and services they need; ii) receive better pricing through the collective buying power of Equalis Group Members; and, iii) save time through Equalis Group’s legal and compliant alternative to conducting their own resource-consuming solicitation process.
This contract was procured and awarded in accordance with the requirements of 2-C.F.R. Part 200, commonly referred to as “Uniform Guidance”. Why is that important? Because public sector entities receiving federal grant and award dollars can typically spend those dollars through Equalis Group’s already-procured contracts without having to conduct their own bid or request for proposals (RFP).
“Rose Paving brings a strong track record of quality, reliability, and responsiveness to our cooperative portfolio,” said Paige McInnis, Equalis Vice President of Procurement. “This award expands our Asphalt & Concrete Paving category and provides our members with access to flexible, competitively priced solutions that support critical infrastructure needs – all through a contract that has already met rigorous public-sector procurement standards.”
