Last week we introduced you to Larry Briar, P.E. with our Special Projects Division (SPD).  The Special Projects Division at Rose Paving was created to research and develop eco-friendly solutions.  From this division came the launch of a special service line called Green Paving Solutions™ (GPS).  In an effort to pioneer the way to better paving practices, we began offering eco-friendly alternatives in addition to our existing line of conventional services to help reduce energy, waste, and pollution.  Environmentally friendly options encompass a significant portion of the work SPD executes.

Today, the SPD is staffed with a licensed professional engineer, estimators, and project managers who manage all of our customers’ pavement construction projects, including large-scale site renovation and new construction projects in addition to providing green paving alternatives.  Services include consultation, design/build, construction management, materials testing, and strategic planning – to name a few.
