We give every paving project our all, and only work with products we can trust to do the same

Superior work requires superior products. In order to provide our clients with high-quality, long-lasting results, we only partner with providers that match our commitment to excellence. When you’re the most trusted name in commercial paving and asphalt, it’s the only way to operate.

Grip-Flex Surfacing

To keep our lots and surfaces cool under the hot Florida sun, our Tampa facility uses Grip-Flex, an environmentally-friendly sealing option that protects pavement from UV rays, water, oil, gas, and other substances that can cause asphalt to deteriorate. Their unique formula resists oxidation, so it always stays black—which not only keeps your property looking neat, it also increases visibility and resists fading: it’s commonly used on airport runways. The preservative properties in Grip-Flex give our paving projects the long-lasting finish they need to endure the humidity on the coast.

LEED-Compliant Alternatives

Not only are green components an ethical choice for some of our clients, they often make smart business sense. Our permeable pavers and pervious concrete are LEED® compliant, and protect our precious natural resources by filtering water just like natural grass, returning water to underground aquifers while trapping solids and pollutants and keeping them out of our water stream. Permeable materials eliminate the need for costly underground filtration systems and can reduce the need for snow plowing and salting, and ours feature on-slip surfaces to prevents potential hazards.

Infrared Asphalt Repair

We also hold our processes to the same high standards as our materials and prioritize emerging technologies that offer our clients the best value.  We offer infrared asphalt repair because it can fix critically damaged surfaces effectively, affordably and quickly. This unique method blends hot-mix asphalt right in with the original and then compacts the area to create a seamless repair. Infrared rays allow deep penetration asphalt repair without causing burning, scaling, or separation of the asphalt from the aggregate. The finished surface is seamless, so water can’t penetrate the surface, and the patch can be driven on almost immediately.

Our high standards allow us to provide our clients with the the high-quality work we’re known for. We strive to go beyond expectations, and are proud to use products and processes that we know can deliver.
