50 Years of Innovation, Inspiration, and Dedication!

Thank you for sharing the journey with us!

In 1974, Alan Rose established Rose Paving, a family business specializing in preventive pavement maintenance. Now, 50 years later, our company has completed tens of thousands of jobs, brought on 600 team members, won multiple awards, and has become a nationally recognized leader in the paving industry. While a lot has changed over the years, one thing remains constant: Our values. We never compromise on quality and will continue to build meaningful relationships with the customers and communities we serve, the same way we have for half a century.

Major Expansions & Successes

Our company is headquartered in Bridgeview, Illinois with strategic business divisions in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Nashville, Phoenix, and Tampa. As we enter our 50th year in business, we’re excited to introduce new Rose Paving locations across the country, including Hartford, Connecticut, Indianapolis, Indiana, New York, New Jersey, and Houston, Texas. Additionally, our recent acquisition in the Mid-Atlantic region will allow us to better serve businesses in Delaware, The Carolinas, and the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area. Guided by the principle of ‘One Team – Stronger Together,’ our team is thrilled at the prospect of getting to know you. We’re here to provide comprehensive support for your local or national parking lot management needs.

From 1974 to Today

In our early years, we focused on serving the Chicagoland area with a wide range of maintenance services, including asphalt & concrete repairs, cracksealing, seal coating and lot marking. By 2002, we began strategizing on improving and expanding the business nationwide through an extensive network of parking lot management professionals. Today, with our range of comprehensive service offerings and customers stretching from coast to coast in the U.S., Rose Paving is the largest service provider focused on parking lot management.

“Alan Rose the founder of Rose Paving built a company around a sustainable product, but the reason for its success and longevity is the people and culture. During my tenure, I have witnessed unparalleled talent, dedication and vision which led to the growth and expansion of where Rose Paving is today and am certain that this is just the beginning of more great things to come. I’m honored and proud to be a part of these achievements. Happy 50th RP!”
-Ed Campbell, CEO

Our long history and national presence, combined with efficient operations, make us unique in the industry. Every year, we manage thousands of projects across the U.S., thanks to our strong local knowledge and effective project management. What truly sets us apart, though, are our strong connections with contractors and suppliers nationwide. These partnerships, along with our smart pricing strategies, enable us to provide unbeatable prices and quicker project completions. At the heart of our success is a culture of collaboration and enduring relationships, both within our team and with our clients, fostering a community of trust and mutual growth.

“It is fantastically humbling to have grown up in this company back in the 90’s under the Founder, Alan Rose. We were just servicing a small geographical area of the south suburbs of Chicago at that time with only a few employees. We will reach 1000 employees at some point soon, and every single one of them have played an amazing part of this journey. Together, we have built an incredible platform for each one of us to call home, and to share our paths with each other for our growth, culture, relationships, and flexibility. With that flexibility, we have bound together to take on perpetual change….stretching our limits to allow for those changes to adapt to our clients’ needs. We now operate in 12+ markets while servicing 1000’s of companies coast to coast. I promise you that I did imagine that this was possible in those early days….but I never imagined that it would lead me to encounter and service so many fantastic clients and folks in our RP family. This is still only scratching the surface of what our future holds. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey. Happy 50th Rose Paving!”
-Chris Tanner, Chief Operating Officer
