Who We're Looking For
Successful team members at Rose Paving tend to share a few things in common. They also have a genuine desire to learn and improve, along with pride in building something that lasts.
Previous paving or construction experience is a plus for many roles, but it’s not required. We offer training for motivated candidates who are ready to learn the trade and grow their skills with a company that values hard work and long-term success.
