The business moved to South Holland, IL. This facility boasted 10 offices and a small meeting area. However, the new location allowed for minimal vehicle and equipment storage. Once again, by 2000, Rose Paving Company had reached its maximum capacity and had to look for a new space.

We moved our corporate headquarters to Bridgeview, IL. The newly constructed, 2.8-million-dollar facility is designed to hold 100 employees and occupies over 2 acres of land. It offers 12,500 sq. ft. of office space for employees, including a 50-person conference room. Additionally, the facility has a 3,200 sq. ft. garage which services a fleet of vehicles used by Rose Paving staff and team members. Over 70,000 sq. ft. of yard space is dedicated to fueling stations and storing maintenance vehicles and equipment.

Rose Paving opened two new offices, one to serve the Midwest Region in Huntley, Illinois, (now Streamwood, Illinois) and one to serve the West Region in Denver, Colorado.

Rose Paving announced the grand opening of its third office in Atlanta, Georgia. This facility services the Southeast Region.

Rose Paving expanded yet again opening its fourth office in Southern California. This facility services California and its bordering states.

Rose Paving acquired Duraseal Asphalt Sealings and Paving of Tampa, Florida. Duraseal has over 30 years in the industry and a natural fit for the Rose Paving family.

Rose Paving acquired KFM Striping and Curb Company, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona. Combined with KFM’s 30 years of experience, Rose Paving Phoenix is well-equipped to handle the unique needs of Arizona.

Rose Paving acquired Pavecoat, LLC of Nashville, Tennessee and will be bringing Rose Paving’s quality services and expansive knowledge to the greater Nashville community.

Rose Paving acquired Northern Virginia and Maryland Paving and Concrete (NVM)
Headquartered in Manassas, VA, with an additional office in Charlotte, NC, NVM is a multi-state pavement maintenance company, serving the states of Virginia, DC, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Rose Paving opens South Windsor, CT branch office after acquiring M&S Paving and Sealing.

Rose Paving opens Houston, TX branch office after acquiring Marathon Solutions Group.

Rose Paving opens branch office in Indianapolis, IN.

Rose Paving opens branch office in Ortonville, MI after acquiring Spartan Paving, serving the greater Detroit area.
