James Hennessey is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of experience in strategic financial management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

After graduating from Arizona State University with his degree in Accounting, James began his finance career at Enterprise Mobility, where he honed his skills in operational performance, auditing and accounting. He later transitioned to the collision repair industry, taking on finance roles of increasing responsibility at several large, high-growth collision repair providers. His expertise in financial strategy and M&A has been instrumental in guiding his teams through complex mergers and acquisitions, and he has a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and enhancing shareholder value. He is passionate about leveraging technology and data to innovate financial processes and enhance decision making.

In his spare time, James enjoys walks by Lake Michigan, hiking, and exploring new cuisines. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two energetic dogs.
