Tim Chimack is a Vice-President and co-owner at Rose Paving with over 30 years of sales, training and management experience. Tim specializes in training and coaching sales executives on the importance of building key relationships for long term success. Tim currently manages the sales team for the Chicagoland marketplace and is an integral part of on-boarding and training throughout the company acquisition process. Tim is a very active member and leader in BOMA Suburban Chicago and was awarded Associate Member of the Year for 2019. He has served on the Board of Directors for three terms and provides leadership and mentors newer members of the association through their Mentorship Program. As a leader and team member of the Industrial committee, he helped to implement a highly successful Annual Industrial Summit to proactively plan for ongoing changes. He also continues to teach Real Estate Professionals throughout the US and Canada effective budgeting strategies for their parking structures and surface lots. Tim is a widowed father with three children, Tigue, Tristan, and Peyton. In his spare time, Tim is passionate about cooking, traveling, and watching his kids excel in school and life.  Tim is active in many philanthropic organizations. He loves Starbuck’s in the morning and bourbon in the evening, enjoys fishing, hiking, golfing, music of all genres, movies, sports, and reading inspirational books.
