Tim Stephens, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, has a diverse professional background prior to joining Rose Paving. He was most recently the Franchise Director of InFrasys, Inc., the company which manages the SealMaster® brand worldwide. He directed SealMaster® during record-setting growth and managed a team who more than doubled SealMaster® outlets in the United States, while expanding into Canada and Mexico. Stephens also has extensive experience in event and facility management as well as the sports industry. He holds a B.S. from the University of Evansville (Ind.). He and his wife, Susan, are the parents of two daughters.
